Designed and executed a comprehensive 3-day training initiative themed "Empowering Women on Agribusiness and Entrepreneurship." The program provided hands-on training in food development, smart farming techniques, business development, and marketing. To ensure immediate implementation of learned skills, ONE Foundation facilitated a financial empowerment segment, awarding seed capital grants to top participants (NGN 500,000, NGN 300,000, and NGN 200,000).

August 26, 2024 (1-Week Implementation)

Directed a critical infrastructure project aimed at reducing infant mortality by improving sanitation and access to clean water at the local healthcare facility. ONE Foundation successfully managed the drilling of a 180-meter deep borehole. The logistics and supply scope included the installation of an overhead tank, extensive piping, a submersible water pump, and concrete pavement construction. ONE Foundation representatives oversaw the site work through to the official commissioning.

March 28, 2026 (1-Day Empirical Field Exercise)

Designed and executed a comprehensive empirical field exercise and community data collection initiative in Gbessa Community. The assessment evaluated localized agricultural drivers, soil health, and socioeconomic vulnerabilities. Findings formally identified drought, severe soil degradation, and crop failure as primary crisis drivers, providing critical baseline empirical data required to model climate-smart agricultural infrastructure, sustainable irrigation planning, and targeted interventions.

May 23, 2026 (1-Day Outreach Intervention)

Executed Phase One of the Integrated Support Programme (ISP), combining climate-smart agriculture, emergency food relief, and maternal/infant healthcare sensitization. In collaboration with the African Agricultural Technology Foundation (AATF) and AMAC Health Department, ONE Foundation conducted training sessions on climate-resilient farming, antenatal registrations, and nutritional demonstrations. The team distributed emergency food packs, specialized maternal nutritional packs, and Stem Borer Protected Hybrid Maize Seeds to smallholder farmers to boost community resilience.

Q2–Q3 2026 (Infrastructure Implementation Phase)

Directing the core infrastructural scaling phase of the Integrated Support Programme to transition the Gbessa community from emergency dependency to long-term self-sufficiency. Key project components include acquiring 30 hectares of agricultural land, installing a permanent solar-powered irrigation network (Rigid PVC and fertigation), constructing galvanized UV-woven Greenhouse Solar Dryers for complete post-harvest protection, and executing a 2,000-tree afforestation campaign along the Airport Road corridor for environmental mitigation.

Designed and organized a comprehensive, free community medical outreach initiative in collaboration with Kenward Development Foundation. Hosted at Kings Apartments (GRA Gbessa), the project provides essential primary healthcare services to low-income community members. Highlights include health education sessions, blood pressure and blood sugar screenings, free clinical consultations, treatments, and the distribution of free essential prescription medications.
