This collaboration targets 3 million women farmers and agropreneurs, transitioning them from farmgate laborers into commercial business owners, value-chain leaders, and exporters.

3. Transition to Agro-Processing and Export Readiness
The programme moves beyond raw crop harvesting by funding processing equipment, packaging tools, and cold storage. This reduces post-harvest losses and enables women-led cooperatives to produce packaged products for domestic supermarkets and international export markets.
4. Digital E-Wallets and Collateral-Free Profiling
Leveraging BOA’s new digital banking infrastructure, women agropreneurs will be onboarded using mobile digital wallets and biometric profiling, reducing traditional collateral barriers and ensuring transparent input distribution.
